Evertek Pty Ltd is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
You can negotiate a refund or exchange if the product in question is agreed to be deemed to have a major problem that can not be easily rectified.
Products picked up from the Evertek warehouse are not covered for damage caused in transport or any handling once taken from factory.
If there is an existing defect or error discovered once taken receipt of the product, we will endeavour to have it rectified in a timely manner.
Please keep your proof of purchase- e.g. receipt.
If your item has been delivered or installed and you discover an issue, please contact us and we will negotiate a replacement, solution or refund amount accordingly.
